While we make every effort to ensure the products information and pricing on our website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, Faucet Town USA, Inc. shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is mispriced, Faucet Town USA, Inc., at our sole discretion, will do one of the following:
If an item is priced lower then the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.
If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.
We reserve the right to correct and/or update the content on our website at anytime without notice.

To the fullest extent possible pursuant to the applicable law, Faucet Town USA, Inc. disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to products sold on the Faucet Town USA, Inc. website, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Faucet Town USA, Inc. does not make any representations regarding the validity, accuracy or reliability of, or the results of the use of the materials or products on the site or on any sites linked to this site. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Faucet Town USA, Inc. arising from any product sold on the Faucet Town USA, Inc. website shall be the price of the product ordered. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall Faucet Town USA, Inc., its’ officers or other representatives be held liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to harm to equipment and/or personal injury or death arising out of the use, or the inability to use a product sold on this site.
Your receipt of an item(s) or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Faucet Town USA, Inc. reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed via an email prior to us billing you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Faucet Town USA, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order processing/ Verification procedures:
All orders are processed upon receipt. All items which are in stock normally ship within 3-5 business days from when the order has been processed. Our website may not reflect real-time inventory, so not all “available” products are on hand for immediate rush delivery. Customers placing overnight and rush delivery orders should contact our sales department in order to confirm that we are able to meet your time constraints. Due to verification processes we are required to ship to the address where you receive your monthly credit card statements. If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statements are sent), please use the toll free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an “alternate shipping address”, which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.
Payment Policy:
Acceptable payment methods are: All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), C.O.D. (we may require a credit card deposit), certified check, personal check, and bank checks. Personal checks and Bank checks may be held for up to 3 weeks. To pay by check or C.O.D., please contact our sales department.
Orders placed with an international credit card or orders placed with a U.S. credit card being shipped abroad may not be accepted due to verification issues.
Sales Tax/ International orders:
Faucet Town USA, Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Florida. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state. International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. Faucet Town USA, Inc. is not responsible for it, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. Faucet Town USA, Inc. recommends that you contact your customs import office for more information about potential charges.
Faucet Town USA, Inc. is not responsible for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned.
Shipping Fees and Policies:
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii And Puerto Rico please select UPS Worldwide, as these orders cannot be shipped via ground delivery.
Faucet Town USA, Inc. will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time. Faucet Town USA, Inc. is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. Faucet Town USA, Inc. bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.
Return Policy:
We accept returns up to 7 days from the day you receive your merchandise. Wrong products received or damaged merchandise should be notified within 72 hours. All returns must be shipped in its original packaging and materials to the address provided by customer service with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) on the outside of the shipping box that you are shipping it in. Returns must be shipped by a trackable carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay freight back unless the item is defective.
If item is returned and parts are missing or item is not in resaleable condition (i.e. damaged packaging, parts bags opened) we will not be able to provide a refund or a replacement. We DO NOT refund or except any items back, that are been used or installed. NO Exceptions.
If an item is defective - after 72 Hours from the time the customer receives the product - you will be required to contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty service.
Full insurance on the package is recommended for your protection. There is a minimum of 20% restocking fee for all returns, depending on the product. Please allow 15-20 days to receive your credit.
Please, contact our customer service for any returns and an approved RGA number. All RGA numbers expire 14 days after being issued. Any returns must be made within that time. NO Exceptions!
Product that has been returned without RGA number will be dined refund or exchange.
All items will be inspected and those that do not meet the above mentioned criteria will be denied. If an item is denied, return shipping would be the responsibility of the customer.
Some products, if opened, may only be returned for a replacement product and not for a refund. If you are ineligible for an RGA or your RGA has been denied, you may still contact the Manufacturer of the product directly for an applicable warranty.
All returns must include the following:
An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or RGA
RGA number expire in 14 days after being issued
Original, intact packaging
Original intact UPC barcode, if one exists
All accessories
All documentation
If an item is defective - within 72 Hours from the time the customer receives the product - you may return it for a Replacement only. We will replace your defective unit and pay all expenses associated with returning it to us. We do not offer a refund - only a replacement.
If an item is defective - after 72 Hours from the time the customer receives the product - you will be required to contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty service.
To return an item please email: sales@faucettownusa.com. Send us your name, order number and reason for return along with a reliable contact phone number within 7 days of original receipt date. Customer Service will contact you within 7 business days with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address where the merchandise will be sent to. Credit will be given once the return has been processed.
**We reserve the right to cancel any order that was listed in error**Damaged merchandise exchange:
Customers should inspect all packages upon receipt. If merchandise received from a UPS or FedEx package is damaged, Customer Service should be notified within 72 hours from the day merchandise is received. Merchandise received from a trucking company that is visibly damaged upon delivery should be mentioned to the driver and noted. Customer Service should then be notified within 72 hours. Faucet Town USA, Inc. does not accept responsibility for damaged merchandise after 72 hours. Upon contacting Customer Service, the customer will be given an RGA and shipping address where the merchandise will be sent. This may take up to 7 days. Merchandise should then be shipped to the address in its original packaging and materials with the RGA on the outside of the shipping box that it is being shipping it in. The customer must contact Faucet Town USA, Inc. with the tracking number of the package that the merchandise is being shipped in. Upon confirmation of the tracking number the return will be processed and exchanged for new merchandise.
Within 7 days the customer will be given an RGA number and shipping address where the merchandise will be sent to.

Cross shipping is available. This allows the customer to receive new merchandise before defective merchandise is processed. The customer will be charged for new merchandise and will receive credit when the returned merchandise is processed.
Wrong merchandise received:
If the merchandise received is not what was ordered, Customer Service should be notified within 72 hours from the day the merchandise is received. Faucet Town USA, Inc. does not accept responsibility for wrong merchandise after 72 hours. Within 7 days the customer will be given an RGA and shipping address where the merchandise will be sent. Merchandise should then be shipped in its original packaging and materials with the RGA on the outside of the shipping box that it is being shipped in. The customer must contact Faucet Town USA, Inc. with the tracking number of the package that the merchandise is being shipped in. Upon confirmation of the tracking number, the return will be processed and exchanged for the right merchandise. Canceling An Order:
In order to cancel your order you must contact customer service during their hours of operation which are 9am-5pm EST time in order to obtain a confirmation cancellation number. Cancellation requests sent through email or voice mail are not sufficient for canceling an order. Any package shipped out and refused will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and non refundable shipping charges.
Damaged/ Lost/ Missing Package:
In the event that a package shows delivered and you have not received your package, please contact customer service, so that a tracer investigation can be initiated immediately. Once a tracer investigation has been initiated it may take up to 15-30 business days to complete. In the event that your product is delivered and damaged in transit, make sure to keep the original shipping box so it can be inspected at a later time. Damaged or misplaced items that were shipped via a freight company may take between 15-60 days for claim processing. Prior to shipping; all packages are thoroughly inspected to make sure all contents are included in the box.
If you are missing any items from your package it must be reported to Faucet Town USA, Inc. within 2 business days so an investigation can be initiated. Failure to report a missing item within 2 business days will severely hinder any possible investigation.
