Our headquarters are located in Florida. In addition to general company operations, this location handles technical support and customer service. Most items ship straight from the manufacturer. We ship with UPS, FedEx, USPS or Freight Carrier. If you would like to expedite your shipment, please contact us first. You will receive shipping confirmation by email, after your order ships. Most shipping companies will NOT deliver on weekends or holidays, unless it is expedited delivery.

We can not accommodate orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We will ship orders at an additional cost to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Please email or call our customer service for shipping quote and delivery time to these states. NOTE, Free shipping DO NOT apply to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. There will be an additional shipping charge after order is placed. We do our best to process and ship your orders withing 24-72 business hours. However, sometimes sever weather conditions can slow down shipping and delivery of orders. Faucet Town USA will not be held responsible or liable for any delays or problems due to weather delays.

We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase; however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.

We proudly boast excellent fill rates, but occasionally we must backorder or source inventory from multiple warehouses. This means that different parts of your order can come from various locations around the country.

If you order more than one item, we’ll make every effort to send available items together. In the event only some of the items in your order are available at a single location, we reserve the right to ship you multiple packages from multiple warehouses. If we elect to break your order into multiple packages, you will NOT incur any additional freight charges.
In the unlikely event we are unable to ship your order complete, we reserve the right to ship the stock we have and backorder the items which we were unable to ship. You will be notified via email of the estimated delivery date for your backordered items. You will NOT be charged any additional freight charges for items that are backordered. Please check on your order status on our web site, we will post notes about ETA within 24-72 business hours after order is placed.

Freight Items and Those Requiring Special Handling Oversized and extremely heavy products require a special surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the product. Some products may incur an additional charge, per item, due to the unique nature of the product, or additional packaging being required. Special Surcharges will be included in the Shipping and Handling subtotal of your order.

Frieght Items Products that are not shipped weigh over 70 pounds (such as most Bathroom Furniture and Shower Doors) may require special handling, meaning that they usually will ship via Frieght or LTL (Less then Truckload). The shipping charges for these items may be indicated on their product detail pages and will be calculated for you at the shopping cart or the last step of the checkout process before you send us your order. Please note that each shipment of these items requires an adult signature upon delivery and the shipping company will contact you on the phone number provided on your shipping information to set up a specific delivery time. Freight deliveries may not be on time if the carrier is unable to reach you to schedule your delivery or if you are unavailable for delivery during the estimated delivery range. Please NOTE: All Freight Carrier deliveries are CURB SIDE Delivery Only. Carriers are NOT aloud to bring items inside of your home or business due to their insurance policy.

Remember, before taking delivery of your freight / LTL shipment, you must carefully inspect your product before signing for or accepting delivery. If you discover damage do not sign for the product and refuse delivery. Freight shipped and oversized products, if signed for or accepted for delivery, may not be returned. Notes left for carriers instructing them to deliver in your absence, are considered accepted for delivery, and may not be returned. By signing for or accepting delivery of an LTL or freight item, you acknowledge that the products are not damaged and you understand that you cannot return the products as damaged. Carriers may contact you directly to schedule delivery; deliveries must be scheduled within 14 days of contact. After three contact attempts, the package will be returned to us. After your order is returned, it will be processed as a Don’t Want and a subsequent order would have to be placed.

Delivery Date If the order is past an estimated delivery date and you have not received it, please contact customer service and we would be happy to check on the status of your order. Orders shipped via a trackable method, such as UPS, should have tracking information available in the order summary in your Amazon account. Please check this information if available and review the following options:
If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors, family members or mail department. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, building managers, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, driveway, garage, or even behind bushes, as determined by the carrier.
If the tracking information indicates that the package is being returned to us, or if the address is outdated or incorrect, it may have been undeliverable. Please contact us with questions if you are not sure where your order is.

Shipping Restrictions Warranty issues, manufacturer restrictions and product nature prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. Item specific shipping restrictions should be noted on the product detail page.

Undeliverable Packages Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return after four weeks from an estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Failed Delivery Attempts Most of our carriers will make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain a certain dollar amount of merchandise may require a signature. Otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. After your order is returned, it will be processed as a Don’t Want and a subsequent order would have to be placed.
