Return Policy

Within 30 calendar days from the time the customer receives the product, it may be returned only if it is unopened and unused. The item(s) must be returned in the original, unopened product packaging and in resalable condition (does not apply to defective products). We do not except used or installed items back. No Exceptions!
Credit Amount issued will be for PRODUCT COST only, we do not refund shipping costs. We will at our discretion assess a restocking fee MINIMUM of 20% depending on the product and deduct it from your payment. For more details regarding restocking fee for your item(s), please contact our customer service.
All large items like: Shower Doors, Shower Bases, Shower Enclosures or Vanities will have to be shipped back to the manufacturer's warehouse. Please double check on the sizes prior placing your order. Restocking fee would be higher for these items, depending on the product. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay freight back unless the item is defective. We do not refund shipping, if your order had a FREE Shipping, you will be charged an actual shipping cost and we will deduct that from your refund.
We do not provide a refund or replacement if the item is returned and parts are missing or item is not in resaleable condition (i.e. damaged packaging, parts bags opened, damaged product, used or installed items). We DO NOT refund or exchange any installed or used items. NO Exceptions. Please allow 15-20 days to receive your credit.
Please, contact our customer service for any returns and an approved RGA number. All RGA numbers expire 30 days after being issued. Any returns must be made within that time. NO Exceptions!
Product that has been returned without RGA number will be dined refund or exchange. All items will be inspected and those that do not meet the above mentioned criteria will be denied. If an item is denied, return shipping would be the responsibility of the customer. Some products, if opened, may only be returned for a replacement product and not for a refund. If you are ineligible for an RGA or your RGA has been denied, you may still contact the Manufacturer of the product directly for an applicable warranty.

All returns must include the following: An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or RGA
RGA number will expire in 30 days after being issued
Item(s) in Brand New Condition Only
Original, intact packaging. Not Broken or Ripped
Original intact UPC barcode, if one exists
All accessories
All documentation

Defective or Damaged Items: If an item is defective - within 3 calendar days from the time the customer receives the product - you may return it for a replacement only. We will replace your defective unit and pay all expenses associated with returning it to us. We do not offer a refund - only a replacement. Please notify us as soon as possible about any damaged items by phone or email. If an item is defective - after 3 calendar days from the time the customer receives the product - you will be required to contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty service. Special order items are not refundable.
